We are very happy to have professor Valentin Negoi joining us in Avdives Khetanes Festival. He will have a Civic education and roma history culture workshop, Thursday, august 25, between 17:30-18:30 and Friday, August 26, between 18:00-19:00.
A pre-university teacher, Valentin Negoi graduated from the Faculty of Human Sciences, majoring in History at the Valahia University in Târgoviște and the master program at the Unity of European History from the same University. Doctor in history with dissertation “Deportation of Roma from Muntenia to Transnistria during the period 1942-1944”. Currently, he is also a librarian/archivist at the Roma Education Fund, creator and presenter of the “RomStoria” project.
